2. Purpose

VEMAX Sport is an online platform that connects players with independent organisers of sports camps, clinics and tournaments, and facilitates event publishing, registration management and payment collection. VEMAX Sport does not organise or directly provide the published events — see the Terms and Conditions for details of the intermediation model and how responsibilities are split between VEMAX Sport and each organiser.

3. Terms of access and use

Access to the website is free. Certain features (registering for an event, publishing events as an organiser) require prior sign-up and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The design, the VEMAX Sport brand, the logo and the platform's source code belong to VEMAX Sport, except for content provided by each organiser (event descriptions, images, their own logo), which remains the property of the organiser who publishes it.

5. Disclaimer regarding third-party content

Events, descriptions, prices, photographs and other content for each camp or tournament are the sole responsibility of the organiser who publishes them. VEMAX Sport carries out reasonable checks when onboarding organisers, but does not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness or lawfulness of that content.

6. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the Spanish courts with territorial jurisdiction under the Spanish Civil Procedure Act (LEC). If the user qualifies as a consumer, they may in any case bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile, under article 90.2 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (TRLGDCU).
